Jennifer is a seasoned professional in the commercial furnishings industry, bringing years of expertise in contract interiors, workplace strategy, and client solutions. As New Business Director at Business Interiors, Inc., she leverages her deep community connections to collaborate with industry professionals and deliver the best interior solutions for every project.

Jennifer has led major projects, including Navy Federal Credit Union Campus, Ascension Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital, UWF Science and Engineering Building, and Avalex Technologies. Her expertise in interior construction, furniture solutions, and workplace trends ensures that each space is not only functional but also fosters creativity, collaboration, and efficiency.

Known for her commitment to client satisfaction, design excellence, and seamless project execution, Jennifer has earned a reputation as a trusted industry partner. Passionate about the intersection of design and business, she stays ahead of emerging trends to provide innovative, high-performing spaces in collaboration with top manufacturers like MillerKnoll.

James Decker

Director of Architectural Products

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, James has a proven track record in managing large-scale projects and leading teams to deliver exceptional results. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida, James began his career with PCL Construction in Orlando, gaining invaluable experience over seven years. He then spent 12 years at Brasfield & Gorrie in Birmingham, followed by two years at Rabren General Contractors. 

Managing over $500 million in construction projects, from small lobby renovations to corporate headquarters, has engrained in James the value of relationships, impression and perception.  A few of these notable projects include Encompass Health Corporate Office, Redstone Gateway, McWane Science Center, Auburn College of Education, Epcot Soarin’, Aquatica - SeaWorld's Water Park and multiple Airport Rental Car QTA’s.

Currently serving as the Director of Architectural Products at Business Interiors, James experience with the multitude of stakeholders in construction management brings a unique vision and knowledge base to the interior design and architectural construction market.  Couple this with his dedication to quality & service alongside the diverse product lines offered by Business Interiors and the opportunities for unique solutions are virtually limitless.
