The topic of the June chat is the CRA Urban Design Overlay. These Design Guideline Standards are proposed for the CRA neighborhoods located outside a Special Review District. Our speakers will highlight the standards that have been proposed and recommended to City Council for adoption and discuss impact on development within CRA.
