Join NAIOP NWFL for the monthly What's Up Chat Series. Chad Henderson will be discussing an overview of Catalyst and our local projects including East Garden District in Historic Downtown Pensacola and our development at Ransley Station.

Bio

As Founder and CEO, Chad is responsible for shaping Catalyst’s mission, vision, and values as well as fostering and growing the organization’s deep-rooted culture. Under Chad’s leadership, Catalyst has grown from a boutique real estate development company focused on the Southeast to a national platform with multiple offices and investments in over 20-states. Chad actively guided Catalyst in its latest iteration of funding resulting in a $1.5 billion joint venture partnership with Washington D.C.-based, National Real Estate Advisors, LLC. The newly formed venture is actively investing in real estate through developments and acquisitions nationwide.


Experience

Before launching Catalyst, Chad founded THG Investments, a private investment firm focused on launching and investing in multiple opportunities involving healthcare delivery change, most notably - Intelligent Retinal Imaging Systems (IRIS). Chad is an active member of the Southern 7 chapter of the Young President’s Organization as well as a recent finalist for the Healthcare Real Estate Insight’s (HREI) Healthcare Real Estate Executive of the Year. Chad is also the visionary and primary investor/developer behind the “East Garden District,” a placemaking project in historic downtown Pensacola, FL. Finally, Chad is a member of the Southern 7 Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization, a Foundation Board and Investment Committee member for the University of West Florida, a chairman of the board for the Studer Community Institute, and recently a board member and partner of Andrews Medicine.
