Each year, NAIOP NWFL recognizes and celebrates local commercial developments that have made an extraordinary impact on the community.  


Join us to celebrate the success of 2020 and award the top developments and brokers! The Annual Meeting will take place on Thursday, March 11th at the Pensacola Yacht Club! 


Please note that safety is our top priority. We will ask that masks be worn at all times other than eating and drinking and that appropriate spacing be administered. Tables will seat a maximum of 6 people. Please email admin@naiopnwfl.org with any questions or requests.

To submit a a project for our Best of the Best Awards, please see the submission documents below. All submissions are due Jan. 31st. 


Please note there is a $50 application fee per entry. An invoice will be generated upon submission of the nomination.
